Sometimes we can end the relationship we are in. Often the way we behave and the kind of stretch we give to the other person determine our relationship status. When communication between partners in a relationship is not clear, partners often make assumptions. So people can misinterpret certain attitudes and make mistakes.
Psychotherapist Sadaf Siddiqui explained in his Instagram post how you can deal with your angry partner:

Not to be honest: we often say yes to something we don’t want to be a part of – when clearly the answer should have been no. However, because of the situation, we become dishonest about our feelings and later feel resentful about it.
Help: being weak in a relationship comes naturally to each other. When we need help, instead of assuming that they will magically know about it, we should ask our partner for it.
Mental health: we all, at some point in life, go through our own mental health struggles. In relationships, we should not hide conflicts by saying that we are fine. Instead, we must ask for help and ensure that we get better so that we do not adversely affect the relationship and ourselves.
Safety: we always want a safe person to be together – for this to happen, we must also create a place of safety for our partner. When we communicate in statements that may seem like a personal attack on them, we spoil the relationship.
Limits: the limits we set for ourselves, and relationships should be done with this in mind that we do not hurt our partner in the process.
