Nowadays friendship! After Miranda Kerr’s separation from Orlando Bloom, the model and her ex-fiancé Katy Perry have developed a unique friendship over the years.
Bloom and Kerr were originally married from 2010 to 2013. The couple has a son Flynn, born in January 2011. The businessman later married Evan Spiegel in 2017. The couple welcomed sons Hart and Miles in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
The actor, for his part, first connected with the singer after meeting at the Golden Globes afterparty in 2016.
“She is so wonderful,” the Carnival Row star later told The Sunday Times his thoughts on their first meeting. “He is smart and smart and intelligent. He’s charismatic, but he’s also direct, and that dynamic was interesting to me. “
The couple separated briefly in 2017 and reconciled the following year. Bloom proposed to Perry in 2019 and they welcomed their daughter Daisy in August 2020.
Before her daughter arrived, the American Idol judge described how Flynn’s care helped prepare her for motherhood.

Both Perry and Kerr attended family events together, and the native of Australia also talked about how Flynn brought everyone closer.
Kerr shared on the Drew Barrymore show in November 2020, ” when it comes to special occasions when we have to get together, we do that so we can come to an agreement [about it] for our whole family. What’s best always think about what’s best for Flynn, and I think that’s the most important thing.
The two mothers also discussed with each other on social media how their lives have changed after having children.
“I feel like I’ve had the opportunity to climb every mountain, especially career-wise, and see that sight. I was really grateful for many of them, but when my daughter happened, there was no such feeling, ”the artist noted during an Instagram live with Kerr in April 2021. Ever, like, bam, the pursuit of perfection!”
